Due to the nature of our products, there will be variations in size, color, and shape. Dried Botanicals are fragile and semi-perishable and must be handled with care. Color variations and defects are normal just as they are in nature. Dye lots may vary due to the coloring process. Customer pays for all requests for samples. Samples are non-returnable, non-refundable. Some merchandise is seasonal and therefore we cannot always guarantee availability of all colors and variations.

Roland's Floral Supply, Inc. makes every effort to insure that our product is pest free. However, because our merchandise is a natural product; there is no guarantee that this is the case. Many of the items we provide are used in the pet industry as well as in habitats at zoos. Therefore we do not chemically treat our merchandise with pesticides that could be harmful to any living creature that comes in contact with it.
